This is likely a vintage Takashimaya department store uniform, possibly from the era when it was worn by employees such as receptionists or elevator girls. I understand that a family member who worked there purchased it. It is used clothing, but it appears to have been laundered. It's a size 7, which I believe is equivalent to a size small (S).
