This is a bi-fold wallet made using embossed cowhide leather. It has a coin purse, two card pockets, and a bill compartment. Cards can also be stored behind the coin purse. Five cards are shown in the photo. This is a natural material, so there may be original scratches, tiger stripes, and blood vessel marks.
