This is a Gua Sha plate carved from natural buffalo horn! Start with very light pressure and adjust as needed. Do not rub so hard that you feel pain. ・Gua Sha should be done once a day. ・If reddish-purple spots appear, these are Gua Sha marks (Sha). The appearance of Gua Sha marks indicates that there may be some problems in the body. ・Do not perform Gua Sha while Gua Sha marks are still present. If Gua Sha marks appear, stop Gua Sha until they disappear, and then resume. Gua Sha marks usually disappear within a few days to a week. Rest for 10-20 minutes after Gua Sha.
