I purchased this doll in October of last year and have kept it in its original, unopened condition. I opened the cardboard box only to take photos and retrieve the purchase receipt and certificate, but I have not touched the doll itself or its accessories. I will ship the doll packed exactly as it was when it arrived from the doll's seller (as shown in the box in image 5). To prevent any tampering or swapping, I cannot accept any claims, returns, or refunds after purchase. Please only purchase if you understand and agree to these terms.
