Type of item: Clothing/accessory I bought this a few years ago and tried it on my dog, but he froze in place and wouldn't move, so I took it off immediately. It was only used that one time, so it's almost new, but please understand that it has been stored at home. There is some slight fraying on the lining (see photo 4).
