This is a teacup with a beautiful glazed surface. It's difficult to see in the image, but you can see whisk marks (chasen-zure) in the area generally called the "tea puddle" (chadamari). Diameter: Approximately 13.4cm Height: Approximately 6.5cm There are cracks (nyu) and small scratches on the foot ring (kodai tattsuki). As shown in the last image, there is a crack (nyu). It does not appear to go all the way through. The actual color may differ slightly from the images. This is an old item, so there are age-related scratches and stains. Sizes are approximate.
