This is Shin Nihon Lighting's Dimmer Bellflower. As you can see in the photos, there is some damage and stains on the shade, and the metal parts are tarnished, but otherwise, I believe the condition is relatively good. It has also been confirmed to light up. It is a popular model and appears to still be in production, but this is a vintage model because the metal parts are made of brass.
