It looks like a Nambu ironware tetsubin (iron kettle), but this is just an iron teapot with an enamel interior, so you cannot boil water in it (it will damage the enamel). Because of the enamel, it does not provide iron supplementation by dissolving iron into the water like an iron pot. As a teapot, it has the advantage of keeping the water warm for a long time.
