This is a pull buoy used by a child in the Konami Sports Club Best Swimmer course. Used only a few times, as it was used once a week for a month. It looks very similar to Mizuno and KONAMI pull buoys, so my child used it without any issues! I am selling it because they quit swimming. As shown in the third photo, there are some initials written in white pen. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it being a used item.
