The sleeves are about three-quarter length, and I used to have my child wear an undershirt when it was cold. The top and bottom are separate, so my child could comfortably go to the bathroom. From what I remember... because it's Rilakkuma, the crotch of the pants seemed to be lower than regular pants. My child is very active, but it wasn't inconvenient.
