I bought these two years ago and wore them for school and play, but I didn't wear them that often since I had another pair I alternated with, so they're not too damaged. There's a black line stain on the front of the left shoe. They've been home-cleaned, but please understand that these are used items worn by a child. They close with Velcro. I don't know if they make you run faster, but in 1st and 2nd grade, my child was the fastest in the class in races (lol). The straps and the bunny on the front are cute.
