Wide type, I ended up hardly wearing them. Outgrew them in about six months, wearing them maybe once or twice a month. Used them around 10 times. I paid over 7000 yen for them at a sporting goods store. Listing them with a heavy heart! I washed them thoroughly! Please understand that these were worn by a child before purchasing.
