I am selling this item because it didn't match my expectations after I purchased it here. It's made of a rustling nylon-like fabric. The chest has shirring, and the hem is balloon-shaped. The previous seller only tried it on. I have only tried it on as well. *There appears to be a scratch on the front. Some people may not mind it due to the material and design.
