It was worn about once and has been carefully stored after cleaning. There is little wear and tear, and it is in very clean condition. If you look closely, you might notice a slight yellowing on the collar of the jacket, but it's barely noticeable to the untrained eye (please check the close-up image in the 5th photo). I found a faint gray stain that is not very noticeable near the right side of the stomach on the front of the jacket (please check the close-up image in the 6th photo). It's on the side that would be hidden when worn (please check the close-up image in the 7th photo). Along the hemline of the pants, there is also a faint stain that is only noticeable if you look closely (please check the close-up image in the 11th photo). All of these are barely noticeable, but please purchase with the above in mind. A belt will be included as a bonus (the belt has some signs of use, such as yellowing, as it was stored separately).
