This is a SmallRig L-Bracket specifically for Nikon Z5/Z6/Z7/Z6 II/Z7 II cameras. Model number is 2947. I purchased it and used it a few times. There are no noticeable scratches. No original box, only the bracket itself and the screwdriver shown in the photo are included.
