I felt that one side was weak, so I sent it to YA-MAN for repair the other day, and it has just come back, so I don't think there should be any problems with its operation. It seems that the sensation varies greatly from person to person. I didn't feel much stimulation even on the highest setting, but my son felt a twitch even on the lowest mode. I haven't used it much because it doesn't suit me.
