No connecting parts are available. Arrow part Tire rubber part is dirty. Lights have been tested and are working. Motor operation has been confirmed. I believe the motor has deteriorated compared to a new one. Stored at home, no pets, no smokers. I am selling this because I no longer need it. Thank you.
