This is a cosplay costume of Suigintou from Rozen Maiden! I purchased it at K-BOOKS Cosplay Hall in Ikebukuro. The size is basically S, but the pants are size M. Regarding the condition of the product, there are no noticeable stains, but the blouse has noticeable stains on the collar and sleeves (see images). Also, the hat was stored folded, so there are creases (see images). There are several places where the buttons are about to come off (see images).
