The color is silver, but it is damage silver with a subdued sheen. The fine scratches on the frame are apparently a design to create a textured feel. Therefore, the frame color is not as dark as gunmetal. Originally, it was a frame designed for sunglasses, which I used as glasses. I have been using it without any particular problems. Since the lenses are for astigmatism, you will probably need to replace them. It comes with the original glasses case. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
