This is a hand-blown glass artwork from the Murano (Venice), Italy school. It is a work of art that cannot be replicated by industrial products, featuring deep cobalt blue cased glass with internal decoration (leaf patterns) and lens-shaped bulging decorations. It is considered a fine vintage piece from an anonymous Murano workshop from around the 1950s-1970s, and slight distortions from the molding process, hand-polished marks on the bottom, and natural age-related wear can be observed. There is no signature, but this is common for Murano works of this era and does not detract from its value. It was previously purchased at a specialty store (Ginza Y's ARTS).
