Along with two other models released simultaneously in the 90s, it was known as the "three brothers" and gained popularity, but production was discontinued due to the availability of parts, etc., and is now a premium item with a high market price. This unit is not a reissue model, but the original! It's in good condition. Unlike many simple distortion pedals, the Drivemaster's 3-band tone control provides a realistic Marshall tone and overdrive, as if you've added an amp. Also, from the finish of the control knobs to the unique shape, the iconic appearance is faithfully reproduced.
