This is a dress from congés payés. I bought it 7 years ago to attend a wedding. The color is navy, and the sleeves are three-quarter length. The length is about 100cm, and it was knee-length on me, as I am 170cm tall. It has strings in the back, and I wore it tied in a ribbon at the neck. I only wore it once, and then I had it dry cleaned and stored it.
