I believe I purchased this at Pal'las Palace, but I apologize if I'm mistaken. It's being sold as-is. It's a ceramic strap. Please use it as material for accessories, etc. I believe it's handmade. The sizes are inconsistent, and there are areas that look like color bleeding or chips. It will be shipped in recycled packaging.
