This is a Plarail JR 500. It has minor scratches and dirt, and the tires are starting to melt. It seems there are batteries inside, but the cover is too hard to open. I don't know if it doesn't work because the batteries are dead, or if it's broken to begin with. If anyone is okay with this condition, please consider purchasing it.
