This is likely a spoon rest from Noritake. It's a set of five. There is no box. While I believe there are no major scratches, some pieces have faint black scuff marks on the underside. Also, there are some slight scratches on the emerald green edges. It may be part of the original design, so it's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about these details.
