This is a complete set of volumes 1-12 of Hoshin Engi. Volume 5 has some damage (see photo 10), and the top of volume 12 seems to have a little damage as well (see photo 11). Other than that, I think they are in very good condition. Also, all volumes are first editions. Due to the number of photos, I could only include some of them, but I think they should serve as proof.
