I believe this is a ULSA endpin (ebony socket + steel endpin). It was installed on the instrument by the renowned double bass workshop "Yamamoto Stringed Instruments." They are now closed, so I haven't been able to confirm the exact product name. This is a one-owner item, purchased new. Regarding condition: * The instrument was only used indoors on a wooden floor. * The rubber tip of the endpin is very clean, with no signs of wear (see photo 4). * I believe it is a beautiful item with few noticeable scratches or stains (excluding wear and tear on moving parts), but as it is a used item, there may be minor scratches or stains that I have overlooked. * This item will be sold as is, as a used item.
