While it's an old item, it has few signs of wear such as scratches and stains, and I think it's in pretty good condition for its age. The color is also dark navy. The fabric holding the button on the left shoulder strap is starting to weaken a bit, so if you plan to wear it regularly from now on, it may need repair at some point. See the last image. Even if you do repair it, it shouldn't be a major fix, and it's an overall that still has a lot of life left in it. If you're used to vintage clothing, you might consider it to be in mint condition or a beautiful item. The size feels roomy, and I think it's a popular size for overalls.
