There's no manufacturer's marking on the holder itself, but based on its compatibility with the toilet and researching other products, I believe it's probably a LIXIL paper holder. It's new, as it was removed from a new construction. However, it's difficult to convey in the photos, but upon close inspection: ⚪︎ There are streaks on the sides (The same product I'm selling has similar, regular streaks on both sides, so it might be part of the original product design?) ⚪︎ There are some small scratches on the top surface when reflected in the light. ⚪︎ There is some slight dirt on the back (which will be hidden when installed on the wall).
