There's no elastic, so it's more of a decorative feature, but there's a waist adjustment string running through the front. Whether you wear it at your hips or at your natural waist, the boxy shape makes it less likely to cling to your figure, and the design makes your hips look smaller and more delicate. It's made of a blend of triacetate, which is used in pleated skirts and is heat-resistant and wrinkle-resistant, and polyester, which combines the best qualities of both materials. It has a silky luster and drape, so I think the camouflage pattern looks really beautiful with this fabric. It looks great with bare feet and sandals, as well as boots, making it versatile for all seasons. It's also easy to move around in. I've worn it 5-6 times, and it's in very good condition.
