This is a dress from RETRO GIRL. The shoulder straps are ribbons that you tie yourself. There are some stains because I spilled paint on it. (See the second photo) They are not very noticeable unless you look closely, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It has an off-white base with a light blue floral pattern. The fabric is light and cool, making it suitable to wear alone in the summer or layered in the winter. Outer fabric material: 98% polyester, 2% rayon
