Work Process: ① Wheel Rounding *Work is performed using a dedicated lathe and an original cutting blade. I believe the precision is quite high. ② Tire Adhesion *Adhesive is used, but it can be removed if you try. I have never had one come off during running. Instant adhesive inhibits the flexibility of the tire in the contact area, so I don't use it. ③ Cut to the specified dimensions with a cutting blade in almost one shot (+0.1) *Errors occur over time due to friction heat when sanding with a file. To minimize friction heat, I use a sharp, non-warping blade. ④ Fine Adjustment I don't sell many tires on Mercari, but I think I've made about 1500 tires in the past, including for my own use and for racer requests. I am confident in the precision, but this is a personal sale, so there may be errors in the wheels and tires, and tool marks from the manufacturing process.
