Purchased in October 2024. Used almost every night before bed. Works normally. The charging on the back of this product was difficult to use, so I replaced it with a different Qi charger and no longer need this one. Please refer to photo 5 for any areas of concern. This product requires a PD (Power Delivery) C to C connection with approximately 30W of power to function correctly. A PD-compatible charger and cable are required. This listing only includes the main unit shown in the first photo; nothing else is included. The Qi charger seems to always discharge a small amount of power. I contacted Anker, and they confirmed that this is a specification. I connected this product to a 288Wh portable power supply and left it for 24 hours, but the portable power supply's capacity did not decrease by even 1%, so I don't think it's a concern. Regarding packaging, I am using the box I purchased for the replacement product as part of the packing material. The contents are the product shown in the first photo.
