This was at my parents' house, and I took it out of the box and stored it in the cupboard. There are brown stains on the bottom of the teapot and the underside of the lid. There are also small brown stains on the top of the lid. Please check the photos for each. It has been used only once or twice, and has hardly been used at all, but it has been stored at home for a long time, so we appreciate your understanding before purchasing. The box has also deteriorated over time and has scratches and stains, but we will ship it in this box. All items are also listed on other sites, so there may be times when they are out of stock.
