I am not knowledgeable about pottery, but after researching online, it appears to be a matcha bowl by Mr. Saichi Matsumoto of Kutani ware. As shown in image 3, there is a red mark that seems to be the artist's name. Please make your judgment based on the images. The size is approximately 13cm wide and 7.5cm high. My mother kept this, as she used it over 30 years ago when she was studying the tea ceremony. There are no scratches or stains.
