This is a fabric tire chain (snow chain) that doesn't require a jack. I bought it, but I ended up not needing it, so it's unused. The size is: 215/55/R17 The marking on the tire chain says: M22-H74 Although it's unused, I accidentally dirtied the storage bag, so I will ship it without the bag. It's unused, but it has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
