This is a single-piece cutting board made from a prized American Hinoki (cypress) wood slab, with a natural edge and no knots. American Hinoki is currently not available in Japan, making it a rare wood. Why not place the cut board directly on your dining table for a stylish touch? It can also be displayed as a stylish interior decoration. As it is natural wood, there may be warping, cracking, or insect damage. Do not put it in a dishwasher or dryer. Applying sunflower oil regularly will help it last longer.
