This is the Game Boy Color game "Pocket Monsters Gold." I used to play this when I was a child, and I dug it out from my parents' house. *Please note that the box, instruction manual, and cartridge case are not included.* I'm not very familiar with how to check for game software deterioration, but I tested it on a Game Boy Color and it worked, with no problems with the gameplay or sound.
