The surface is made of a soft material (fleece), so it's easy to move in. I wore it often because I liked it, so there is a feeling of wear and some pilling. The strings of the duffle coat appear to be lightly soiled. The toggles also seem to be scuffed. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about used items or if you are seeking perfection, as this item has been stored at home. I will fold it compactly for shipping.
