I purchased this at a military base and have used it several times. Compared to a regular backpack, it's on the smaller side, so I think it's good as a sub-bag or travel bag. It has many pockets and is very lightweight, making it perfect for outdoor activities. It has that "Self-Defense Forces gear" feel, with functions and a unique character you can't find anywhere else. It has a storage compartment on the front that can fit a helmet, so it's also recommended for bikers (see the last photo).
