This is a shikishi board and a keychain of Reimu Hakurei from Touhou Project. The shikishi board has a small scratch on the upper left (see photo 2). The keychain has a light scratch on the front (see photo 3) and some dirt on the back (see photo 4). I displayed them a few years ago, but have been storing them in a dark place since then.
