Everything in the photos is included (shoulder strap not included). It has many pockets and was very convenient to use. I've switched to a different bag and haven't used this one in a while, so I'm putting it up for sale. There is some wear and tear, but I think it can still be used. As is, it's a pouch or a bag-in-bag, but I used it as a shoulder bag by attaching a shoulder strap. It's vertical, so you can easily put your wallet and smartphone in it, making it easy to take them out. It also has dividers inside and pockets on the outside, so it's convenient for quick storage, and I didn't have to fumble around.
