These are Red Wing lineman boots in brown. The size is 9, which is 27cm. They've been used to a certain extent, but the soles aren't very worn. I took the photos without washing, cleaning, or maintaining them so that the scratches would be easy to see. Please check the photos for scratches and other imperfections.
