I checked that the discs can be played, and there were no noticeable scratches. There are some initial scratches on the case and lyric booklet. As far as I could see, there were no noticeable stains or scratches, but there is a possibility of oversight, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches or stains. I am also listing this on another site, so please comment before purchasing.
