This is a Polo Country M-51 model mod coat, a line produced only from 1989 to 1993, also known as Polo Kan. In recent years, it has become less common to see Polo Kan tags, and this is an even rarer model of mod coat. It originally didn't come with a liner, but as the weather gradually warms up and spring approaches, it's perfect for this time of year.
