This is a baby carrier cover with a fan. Purchased in June 2023 and used for two seasons. I checked the operation before listing, and it works without any problems. There are no instructions. *Note* This product does not have the same airflow as a Baby Hopper. I used it as a cover over an AirLove on a stroller, so a weaker airflow was sufficient. Please be aware of this before purchasing. I will ship it via Rakuraku Mercari (Takkyubin Compact) in a waterproof vinyl bag.
