Chocolate mold from around the 1930s to 1940s. For those who love antique molds. The condition is very good and it's a beautiful mold. The duck mold has some issues: the hinges (the joints between the metal parts) are slightly loose, there's some dirt, and there's some wobbling due to the overall shape distortion, and some scratches. However, this is a duck mold in very good condition. The hinges are also quite sturdy and clean (see photo 7). Although I'm listing it as a beautiful item, considering it's an antique, it's a rare and beautiful item that has maintained a very good condition over time. Every time I see it, I feel a sense of cleanliness, as if it has been properly cared for. There is some slight distortion, but I think it's an extremely beautiful item for a vintage piece. This is just my personal opinion. Besides using it as a mold, the duck is also very cute as an accent for displaying flowers or plants. I'm not certain, but I remember that I baked baked goods with this mold. It's listed as a chocolate mold, but I remember being impressed by the cute, round shape of the financiers I baked, similar to financiers. Since the condition is clean, it can be used normally. When listing it, I actually poured melted chocolate into it, let it cool and harden, and made a duck shape. I used 8 Lindt chocolates that I received as a gift. It holds quite a bit. I'm not used to it, so some chocolate dripped and flowed out, resulting in some loss, but I actually used about 7 chocolates. The shape is distorted, and only the outline remains, so you can't see the original shape, but I hope you can get a sense of the cute, round overall shape. The first photo is plump and barely close to the image. If you get used to it and become quick, you will be able to make chocolates with clear eyes and wings.
