This is a baby boy's kimono from around the early Showa era. Kimono only (no under-kimono). A samurai is riding a white horse. It's very dignified, perfect for a baby boy's kimono. As many years have passed from the Showa era to the present day, I will treat it as vintage fabric, but I think it is in relatively good condition for its age.
