Joy Kids (Made in USA) Formal Dress * This is a gorgeous long dress with elegant embroidery on the chest and back, and a beautiful hemline. (The embroidery features pearl-like decorative beads.) * The waist ribbon has a detachable flower motif. * The skirt is made of four layers, with a stiff tulle lace inner layer. * Worn only once for a short time at a recital, but there is one small area of damage to the lace. (See the last image.)
