Worn only 2-3 times. When I first wore it after purchase, the elastic in the waist band broke (it was the last one available when I bought it, so I didn't request an exchange), so I replaced the elastic myself. I still want to wear it, but I don't usually wear skirts, so I'm listing it because it's a waste. Please understand that this is a used item.
